Unified tension winding, yarn density determined according to thickness specifications, suitable for weaving thin single-layer burlap bags and thick load-bearing burlap sacks.

Adjust density according to customer requirements: ordinary density, thickened and encrypted density, sparse density;

Weave a whole roll of jute embryo fabric, ensuring that the fabric surface is uniform and without any holes.

Accurately cut the fabric according to the specifications (length and width) required by the customer for the jute sack;

We accept customized sizes, whether it's jute drawstring bags for small gifts, coffee bean bags, or sandbags.

Close seams on the sides and bottom to prevent wire breakage and cracking;

We can add single-sided or double-sided drawstrings as needed, if the customer has a need for closure. 

Customized printing of customer logos, product names, weight labels, and place of origin labels, with environmentally friendly ink that does not fade.

Inspection: holes, jumpers, loose seams, dimensional deviations, printing defects; Unqualified rework.
